About Snoboll™

Hi there!

Snoboll was founded in Melbourne, Australia, with a new branch in Hong Kong. Our founding team consists of three close friends — Tom, Arish, and Leo — who met while studying at the University of Melbourne, with backgrounds in design, marketing, and education.

Since 2022, we have been working in the plush toy industry, originally focusing on B2B sales. At the end of 2025, we established our new entity in Hong Kong, began our D2C journey, bringing our plushies directly to customers like you. This is a young chapter for us, and we are genuinely excited to share it with you.

We follow the consumer protection laws, import regulations, and export regulations of every country and region where we operate and sell our products, including Federal Trade Commission Act (US), Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK), and Australian Consumer Law.
