About Snoboll™
Hi there!
Snoboll is a premium plush toy brand founded in Hong Kong. The co-founders Thomas and Arish met while studying at the University of Melbourne, with backgrounds in architectural design and marketing. We have been bringing our plushies to customers in Australia, United States, United Kindom, Canada, France and Germany since 2022.
We're a different kind of plush brand because we pay special attention to the fabric safety, tactile comfort, and design originality of our plushies. Every product is tested to and complies with EN71, ASTM F963, and ISO 8124 — three of the world's most widely recognised toy safety standards:
- EN71 is the European safety standard for toys, covering mechanical and physical properties, flammability, and the migration of harmful chemicals. Compliance is mandatory for toys sold in the EU and UK.
- ASTM F963 is the United States toy safety standard, enforced as a mandatory requirement by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). It sets limits on hazards such as small parts, sharp edges, toxic materials, and heavy metals.
- ISO 8124 is the international toy safety standard, used as a global benchmark and the basis for many national standards (including Australia's). It addresses mechanical, chemical, and flammability safety.
We follow the consumer protection laws, import regulations, and export regulations of every country and region where we operate and sell our products, including Federal Trade Commission Act (US), Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK), and Australian Consumer Law.
